Cochrane Incontinence contributors win Best Clinical Abstract Prize for ICS 2019

A team including Cochrane Incontinence review authors and contributors, led by Licia Cacciari, has been awarded the Best Clinical Abstract Prize for ICS 2019!

In February 2019, Licia completed a Fellowship at the editorial base at Newcastle University, UK, during which time she helped to devise a project to look at the economic evaluation of group-based versus individual pelvic floor physiotherapy for urinary incontinence in women. The prize will be awarded at the closing ceremony of ICS 2019 and the details will also be published in Neurourology & Urodynamics.

Licia was a review author on the latest version of the 'Pelvic floor muscle training versus no treatment, or inactive control treatments, for urinary incontinence in women' Cochrane review.
