New Review: Electrical stimulation with non-implanted devices for stress urinary incontinence in women

A new review from Cochrane Incontinence has been published!

'Electrical stimulation with non-implanted devices for stress urinary incontinence in women' has been authored by Fiona Stewart, Bary Berghmans, Kari Bø and Cathryn MA Glazener. The review investigates whether electrical stimulation is better than no treatment at all, or better than other available treatments, for curing or improving stress urinary incontinence (SUI) symptoms in women.

The authors also looked into whether stress urinary incontinence was cured or improved by adding electrical stimulation to other treatments, as well as comparing different types of electrical stimulation to each other. They also examined whether electrical stimulation was value for money.
